The 2010 Ram Heavy Duty is Motor Trend’s Truck of the Year

Motor Trend has selected the new Ram Heavy Duty as its 2010 Truck of the Year, in a unanimous decision by MT’s judges.
The Ram HD, updated for 2010 and previously known as the Dodge Ram, received all new sheetmetal and a vastly improved interior. It carries over its well-regarded and powerful 6.7-liter Cummins I-6 diesel and 5.7-liter Hemi V-8 gas engines.
Other contenders up for the honor included the new Ford F-150 SVT Raptor high-speed off-road pickup, Ford Transit Connect van and 4.6-liter V-8 Toyota Tundra.
